A crazy week!

Last week was crazy! Both in good and bad ways!

Wednesday night Nick and I got to go to the Cardinals game! It was awesome! He won tickets through work so they were in the company box which was really fun! Neither of us had been to Busch stadium before and we loved it. We can't wait to go back. And the box was defintily the way to go... especially for a pregnant person who needed to use the bathroom a lot!!

We were supposed to leave on Thursday afternoon for my sister's college graduation in Springfield. But, Thursday morning I came down with a really icky stomach bug so we ended up deciding to stay home. By Thursday night I was feeling really icky and hadn't kept down any water all day so we called my doctor. He had me go in to the hospital to get IV fluids. No fun but I felt so much better after 3 bags of fluids! We were at the hospital from about 9pm-3am so it was a long night!

We got to rest and lounge around the house Friday. Thankfully, Nick had already taken the day off to go to Springfield so he stayed home and took care of me!

Saturday Nick and I went to see Young Frankenstein at the Fox. It was sooo good. I LOVE going to musicals with my husband. It is one of our favorite things to do together and we always have a blast!

Sunday we went to church then I went to a Miche bag party. Sunday night we had my sister and her finace over for dinner. They are planning to move to St. Louis in the next few weeks and we are super excited. I am so excited that my whole family will live in the same area! Growing up we didn't have any extended family living near by so I think it is so fun that my kids will get to see their grandparents and aunt and uncle and of course their great grandma on a regular basis! They love their family so much!

This week we are trying to get back into the swing of things and back to normal... I will let you know how that goes... !
